Social Prescribing

Art Path's low-barrier, arts-based Social Prescribing program supports emotional well-being, self-connection, and belonging through gentle, guided creative practices.

No art experience is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore ✨

Emotional Well-Being

Through Art Path's signature exercise Expressive Mark Mapping and mindful colouring practices, participants develop practical tools for managing stress and anxiety, increasing present-moment awareness, and reconnecting with themselves.

Self-Connection & Expression

Discover Your Visual Language

Participants learn to translate feelings into lines, shapes, and colour in a safe, non-judgmental way. This creates a personal visual vocabulary that supports self-awareness and intentional choices.

Belonging & Routine

Build Connection & Sustainable Practice

Gentle creative routines foster a sense of belonging and give people sustainable tools. Participation in additional Art Path platforms, such as the World Bouquet offer community elements that further strengthen connections.
